Privacy Policy

Self-Scaled is run by Seth Evans ("I", "me"). This page explains what information I collect on this site, why, and what you can do about it.

What I collect

• What you type into forms. Applications, workshop sign-ups and free downloads ask for things like your name, email, Instagram handle, store link, brand name and monthly revenue range.
• Booking details. If you book a call, Calendly collects your name, email and the time you pick.
• Community and payment details. Joining the free community or paying for the program happens on Whop. Whop handles your payment details; I never see your full card number.
• Basic technical data. The hosting provider (Cloudflare) logs standard request data such as IP address and browser type to keep the site running and secure. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which also sees your IP address.

How I use it

• To review your application and decide if the program is a fit.
• To send you what you signed up for: the workshop link, free resources, program updates and occasional emails about Self-Scaled.
• To run the program and the community, and to answer your questions.

I don't sell your information, and I don't share it except with the services that run this business, listed below.

Services that process your data

• Kit (ConvertKit): email list and emails.
• Cloudflare: hosting and form handling.
• Calendly: call booking.
• Whop: checkout, payments and community access.
• Discord: the community itself.
• Google Fonts: website fonts.

Each has its own privacy policy that covers what it does with your data.

Emails

Every email has an unsubscribe link. Click it and you're off the list.

How long I keep it

I keep your information while you're on the email list, in the program or in the community, and for a reasonable time after for records like payments and refunds. Ask me to delete it and I will, unless I have to keep something for legal or tax reasons.

Your choices

You can ask to see, fix or delete the information I hold about you. Wherever you live, I'll honor that. To ask, DM @whosethh on Instagram, or reply to any email you got from Self-Scaled.

Kids

This site is for brand owners, not children. I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you think I have, tell me and I'll delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes, I'll update the date at the top of this page.
