Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of this site and the Self-Scaled program, community and resources (together, "Self-Scaled"). Self-Scaled is run by Seth Evans. By using the site, joining the community or paying for the program, you agree to these terms.

What Self-Scaled is

Self-Scaled is education. I teach you to build and run marketing systems for your own clothing brand: your site, email, texts, content and Meta ads. You do the work on your brand. I teach, review and give feedback. It is not a done-for-you service, and it is not financial, legal or tax advice.

No guaranteed results

I don't promise any sales, revenue, profit or ad results. What you get depends on your product, pricing, margins, content, ad budget, market and how much of the work you do. Results on this site came from client brands I ran myself and aren't typical. See the earnings disclaimer.

The program

• The founding group runs for 8 weeks on the schedule shown on the sales page and at checkout.
• Seats are limited and given out by application. I can turn down any application.
• If I can't run a session as scheduled, I'll reschedule it or record it.
• "I stay until your 5 systems are live" means I keep reviewing your work and answering your questions after the 8 weeks until those systems are set up on your brand, as long as you keep doing the work and stay in touch.

Payment

Prices are shown at checkout. Payments go through Whop. If you choose the 2-payment plan, you agree to make both payments. If a payment fails and isn't fixed, I may pause your access until it is.

Your conduct

• Be respectful in calls, the Discord and DMs. No harassment, spam or selling to other members without permission.
• Don't share your login, the recordings or the program materials outside the group.

I can remove anyone who breaks these rules. If I remove you for breaking them, you don't get a refund.

Content and ownership

The lessons, recordings, templates and materials are mine. You get a personal license to use them for your own brands. You can't resell, republish or teach them as your own. Whatever you build for your brand belongs to you.

Your accounts and tools

You're responsible for your own store, ad accounts, email and SMS tools, and for following their rules and the law. That includes advertising rules and getting proper consent before you email or text customers. You pay for your own tools and ad spend.

Limit of liability

Self-Scaled is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for lost profits, lost sales, ad spend, account bans or other indirect losses. My total liability to you is capped at what you paid for the program.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.

Changes

I may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes don't apply retroactively to a program you've already paid for.
