Refund Policy

14 days, no questions

If Self-Scaled isn't for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment and you get every dollar back. You don't have to give a reason. I send the refund within 3 business days of your request. Your bank or card may take a few more days to show it.

On the 2-payment plan

A refund within the 14 days covers what you've paid so far and cancels the second payment.

After 14 days

After 14 days, payments aren't refundable. You still keep the second promise: I stay until your 5 systems are live, as described in the terms.

Exceptions

No refund if you're removed for breaking the community rules in the terms.
